General Terms and Conditions

Booking

We accept written registrations only for workshops or trainings (no need to register for concerts or lectures). Please use the registration form on our website and fill out: workshop number, your postal address, and your phone number in case we need to reach you urgently.
You will need to pay for your workshop in full before you arrive. If paying by bank transfer, please transfer the full amount at least ten days in advance to allow for processing. Only if you use the official booking form on our website you will receive an invoice in advance by email (we are tax free!). Please note that we cannot register you without your booking in writing, even if you transfer the fee! In case of an overbooking or cancellation, you will find this information on our website and we will inform you in good time.

Fees

Discounts are available for club members only. We also offer special rates for couple members, students, trainees, children and groups – please ask for details! If you really need to attend a special workshop, but are short of cash, we try not to let money issues stand in your way. In special cases, we may be able to arrange a discount or an instalment plan. That said, please bear in mind that as a non-profit organization, our means are limited too!

Cancellations & Refunds

Sometimes, unforeseen developments may prevent you from attending the workshop you were looking forward to. When this happens, we kindly ask you to notify us of your cancellation in writing as early as you can.
If you cancel seven or more days before the event, we will refund your fee in full, less a € 20,- administration fee. If you cancel less than seven days before the event, you will forfeit your fee unless you arrange for someone else to take your place. If you fail to attend, or leave early, you will forfeit your fee too. If frankfurter ring is solely responsible for an event being cancelled, we will refund your fees in full.

Insurance

Cancelling at short notice can be expensive, particularly if the event you booked was a premium workshop or a long-term training. If you wish, you can protect yourself by taking out special cancellation insurance. This works like travel insurance, and rates are surprisingly moderate. As a participant, you take full responsibility for your own actions and wellbeing. This means you decide for yourself how deeply you go in the work and processes on offer. The organizer accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage incurred to your property and health. The program of frankfurter ring is not a substitute for any form of medical or psychological treatment. With your registration, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions provided by frankfurter ring, and that you agree to abide by the above-mentioned regulations in full. Program details and schedules are subject to change.
